By using the Baseet platform and its native extensions, you agree to the following usage policy.
2. User Behavior
- Uploading offensive content or content that violates Egyptian or Arab laws is prohibited.
- Manipulating the points, gifts, or campaigns system is prohibited.
- The service must only be used to manage your store or food business.
3. Service Availability
- Baseet ensures continuous operation as much as possible.
- Periodic maintenance or emergency technical outages may occur and will be addressed immediately.
4. Data Protection
- We are committed to protecting store and customer data.
- We do not share any data with external parties without permission.
5. External Integrations
We may use external services such as:
- Facebook Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Google Analytics
The customer is responsible for complying with these services' policies.
6. Baseet Companion Chrome Extension
We offer a Chrome Extension to enhance your store management. By using it, you acknowledge:
- Authentication Data: The extension securely accesses your Baseet Dashboard active session (JWT and Store ID) locally to authenticate your API requests without manual logins.
- Personal Communications (WhatsApp): The extension reads your WhatsApp Web interface purely to extract customer intent and names for generating Baseet orders exclusively upon your explicit action.
- Website Content & User Activity: The extension interacts with third-party domains for product importation and actively monitors background Pixel events to provide performance analytics to your dashboard.
- Data Privacy: We do not log browser history or sell/transfer this user data to outside third parties. All extracted data is routed strictly to your authenticated Baseet Store to fulfill the extension's core functionality.
7. Service Termination
The customer has the right to cancel the subscription at any time, and Baseet has the right to suspend service in case of misuse.
